What does a typical charter with Gold Coast Boat Charters include?
Our charters include access to our luxury catamarans, professional crew, and unique onboard amenities such as our full-sized spa, hydraulic swimming platform, superyacht water slides, full cocktail bars and more.
What kind of events can be hosted on the boat?
We specialise in hosting a variety of events such as corporate gatherings, special celebrations, birthdays, weddings, hens and bucks or social get-togethers.
What is the capacity of the catamaran?
Do I need to bring my own food and drinks?
We have a fully licensed bar onboard so no BYO alcohol but you can bring your own food, but we also offer comprehensive catering options. Please discuss your requirements with our team when booking.
Is swimming allowed during the trip?
Yes during the day cruise, our catamaran Yolo is equipped with a hydraulic swimming platform for safe access to the sea for swimming.
What safety measures are in place on the boat?
Your safety is our top priority. Our vessels are equipped with life-saving equipment and our crew is trained in first aid and emergency response procedures.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 14 days before the charter: For cancellations made more than 14 days before your scheduled charter, we will provide a full refund.
Cancellations within 14 days of the charter: Due to the preparations and potential loss of booking opportunity, we do not offer refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled charter.
Please note that this cancellation policy is part of our terms and conditions. By booking a charter with us, you are agreeing to this policy. We recommend that our clients obtain appropriate travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may result in a cancellation.
In the event that Gold Coast Boat Charters must cancel a charter due to severe weather or other circumstances beyond our control, we will make every effort to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
Are your cruises suitable for children?
What time do cruises depart and how long do they last?
Cruise times can vary depending on the specific charter. Private charters have a 3 hour minimum. Please contact our customer service team for detailed scheduling information.
